Executive Meeting:

Participants: Only board members are allowed. Frequency: When there are confidential or sensitive topics to discuss

Executive Meeting:

Procedure: They're often held after board meetings, but they can be held separately. The meeting minutes aren't made public, as they're sensitive. But it is a good idea to make a note that it happened.

Committee Meeting:

Participants: Committee members, and they can be open to other HOA members. Frequency: This depends on the type of committee and what needs to be discussed.

Participants: The board, possibly the manager and homeowners. Frequency: They only occur when there is an emergency, so hopefully rarely.
