What is a podcast?
A podcast is similar to talk radio, but on-demand, and typically in a sequence or series format. They are often focused on a specific topic and have exploded in popularity over the past few years. What is an HOA Podcast?
The explosion in growth has also touched many unsuspecting areas of our lives such as the homeowner and condominium association space. Podcasts help to breakdown the intricacies that surround even the most basic of HOA tasks such as communication or pest control. There is no end to the amount of knowledge that can be discovered. In such a dynamic industry, it is difficult to keep on the pulse of change. Having a source of information that’s easy to access makes these podcasts invaluable to a CAM or Board member looking to improve their communities.Â
