This is the concern we hear most, and it deserves a straight answer instead of a reassurance. Nothing in Neigbrs requires a resident to download anything. Notices still reach them by email, SMS, or an automated phone call, all sent from one screen. The app is there for the ones who want it, and adoption usually grows on its own once residents realize they can reserve the clubhouse without calling anybody.
Your website tells the public you exist. It doesn't collect dues, run an election, store a version-controlled copy of your bylaws, or tell you which residents actually opened the assessment notice.
