Managing an HOA or Condo often involves a lot more work than people want to believe. It’s a very time-consuming job and this can be taxing if you already have another line of work. Dealing with violations, by-laws, misunderstandings, all this mostly by manual or outdated processes is exhausting. This often results in poor communication within your HOA or Condo.
In fact, the main objective of a board member or property manager is to keep its residents satisfied. We know, it’s easier said than done. So to solve these challenges, Vinteum created our easy-to-use software that helps community associations, board members, and property managers engage and satisfy their residents. We are certain that our solution will save you time and money so you can focus on the work that matters.
We do believe that most things in life can be resolved with GREAT communication. That’s why our solution focuses on allowing smooth communication between residents and board members/ property managers. Improving your HOA/Condo communication is our mission!
“Our residents love the app feature and just improved communication overall. As a CAM I love the ability to track notices and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.” Tyson B – Community Manager
However, we didn’t stop there. We created a bunch of features that make management easier and processes much faster.
We’ve designed our product based on four pillars:
1. Communicate
- Send messages directly to residents, management, and committees while on the go. Allow board members to reach all residents with just a click.
- Send texts, smart calls, track emails, and chat in one place!
2. Respond
- Track requests historically and monitor trends
- Manage and delegate service requests with ease
3. Store
- Use secure file storage to keep stakeholders informed of meeting minutes, by-laws, forms, and more
- Store unit, resident, vehicle, and pet information
4. Engage
- Interest potential residents with a powerful public-facing website.
- Build your community website without code. Manage all content with ease.
Our Onboarding and Training are a real added value.
One of our team members leads you through the whole process. Starting by welcoming you, once you fill in our onboarding form we then add all your information. The portal and website are fully customizable so we make sure to understand your needs during a meeting and apply your requests. Once it’s ready, we guide you through your portal and website to make it easy for you so you can start using all the great features right away. During the onboarding and training, we reply to all questions you may have, also as many people as you want can attend the meeting. Once the onboarding process is complete, we still remain available to clear any questions from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm EST by chat, email, or phone.
Manage HOAs & condos safely during Covid. Manage your amenities efficiently!
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented communities with a range of difficult situations to overcome. Amenities are one of the primary reasons people move into a Community Association, and while their enjoyment of those amenities is important, as is the safety of the community. Thankfully, Vinteum allows you to manage reservations, track parcels, guests and amenity use, and much more!
Virtual Meeting – Our brand new feature
As part of our continuous updates, we’re introducing Virtual Meetings. A new feature expressly designed for HOA, Community associations, and Condos. Now residents, board members, and property managers can attend a virtual meeting inside Vinteum’s app and desktop portal! You can vote, add meeting notes, download the attendance list, and participate in your community’s meeting from the comfort of your home, car, or wherever you may be!
“We’ve used Vinteum for years to communicate with our residents and our Board and found it to be useful and comprehensive,” said Daniel Rosinsky, Plaza Towers South Board Member. “Adding video conferencing capabilities means we’ll have all the communication tools we need available in one location. It truly shows innovation and will take our communication – especially virtual communication – to the next level.”
