New Manuals to Help You Use Neigbrs by Vinteum

When you become a Neigbrs by Vinteum client, our team wants the software to help you improve your HOA or Condo’s communication or management. We created our manuals, and different lines of support to help you to improve your community.

We have two manuals, in English and in Spanish to help administrators (e.g. board members or managers), and residents.

Administrator Manual

First up is our comprehensive administrator manual. It takes you through how to use every single one of our features and how you can use them with simple step-by-step instructions. It’s a downloadable PDF that can shared with all community and account stakeholders.

Resident Manual

To help residents feel engaged and comfortable with our system, our resident manual has step-by-step instructions to teach residents how to use each feature in our software.

We also created a Spanish version.

What happens when a new client joins Neigbrs by Vinteum?

When a new client joins Neigbrs by Vinteum, we want to help them to be successful. So we do the heavy lifting for you, setting up your account in 5 business days. Then we teach you how to use Neigbrs by Vinteum in meetings.

In the first training meeting, we walk you through how Neigbrs by Vinteum works and make any adjustments that you may need.

We can then hold other training meetings with other stakeholders if needed.

Chat and Help Desk

Our support team is available via email (cs@vinteum.io), by phone (844 900 0910), and by chat. On our website and within the Neigbrs portal we have a chat and a help desk. Our help desk includes videos and articles on how to use the system for board members, managers, and residents. If you can’t find the step-by-step that you’re looking for, then please let us know and we’ll add it for you.

We are online from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and we always enjoy talking to you. If you have any questions, do reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help. Hopefully, we can fix your issue at that moment. If we can’t, we’ll talk to our tech team and get back in touch with you.
