What is Neigbrs by Vinteum and how does it work?

Neigbrs by Vinteum is an all-in-one, secure software for HOAs, condos and property management companies with communication at its heart. We believe that great communication is key to community living. With Neigbrs you can simplify and automate daily management tasks. We offer a portal, app and fully customizable website with five different ways of communicating with property managers, board members and residents.

Where are you located?

We are an american company, our headquarters is based in New York City, but our workforces are dispersed in other cities, states and countries. 

How long have you been in the business?

We started in 2014 and we have been growing our business and presence ever since. Since 2014, we’ve launched 2 of products. In 2020 alone, we launched a virtual meetings feature and adapted amenities to make the feature safer and more efficient during the pandemic. 

How does your free demo work? 

During our free demonstration, a team member will walk you through our solution and reply to all of your questions.We will tailor the demo based on your community’s needs. Product Information 

Do I need to have technical knowledge to create a website with Neigbrs?

Absolutely not! The site-creation process is easy and intuitive, anyone can build a website in minutes.  During our white glove onboarding they set up your website for you. Then during your personal training sessions, they teach you how to adjust it and keep it up to date.

How customizable are the websites?

We have 6 templates that you can choose from. They have different designs and layouts. You can pick one that fits your community’s style the best. You’ll be able to choose the sections, the images and the text you want to appear in your site. Click here to take a look at our website templates.  

Can I use my own domain name with Neigbrs?

Yes, we can set it up for you. You also have the option to use our domain at no extra charge. If you already have a domain, we can use it for your new site. Click here to learn more about domain information. 

Is Neigbrs user-friendly to senior residents?

It is. Senior-residents communities use our software and are happy with it. We offer many tutorials in different formats (guides, videos, articles). We also provide a resident manual. We regularly host webinars to teach board members and managers how to engage residents with their software. Which languages does Neigbrs support?

Neigbrs is currently available in 3 languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese. 

Do you offer a mobile app? 

We have a native mobile app for iOS and Android devices. It’s a great tool for managers and residents who are often on the go. 

How do we upload our information into the software?

Our customer success team will upload all of your information in the system for you. You don’t have to worry about uploading documents and setting up your account. We do all the heavy lifting. 

What kind of support do customers receive? 

New clients benefit from our white-glove onboarding process where we walk them through the system and set up their account. After the onboarding is completed, you can reach out to our support team by chat, email and phone from 9am to 5pm on business day. You can also schedule meetings if you need to discuss a specific topic. Our average response time in our in-system chat is under a minute . We’ve won different awards thanks to our successful support.

Can small community associations use Neigbrs? 

They certainly can. Our software is suitable for small communities and large communities alike. Streamlining your management and communication processes is important regardless of your community’s size. 

Can Neigbrs substitute a management company?

One doesn’t substitute the other. Neigbrs can help self-managed communities deal with their daily tasks by saving time and cutting costs, if that’s what they are looking for.

What are the features that Neigbrs has?

Neigbrs has 5 communication channels (notices, text messages, SMS, smart calls and social network). It also has management features such as: reception, asset management, service requests, incidents reporting, amenity reservations, documents management, virtual meetings and surveys. There’s also an integration with Quickbooks and Zego that facilitates financial activities. All of this in one-single portal. 

Does Vinteum sell solutions for property management other than Neigbrs?

We’re launching a new product called Inspection by Vinteum, a  platform for managers, boards and vendors to conduct inspections. It’s easy to use, with personalizable templates and features to make the inspection easier.

Pricing and Payments

How does your pricing work?

What are the differences between your different pricing plans?

The main difference between our three plans is the features that you have access to. The capacity and usage of some features may also be limited depending on the plan you choose.

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, there is an onboarding fee. The price depends on the number of units and seasonal promotions. Watch the video below to understand the benefits of our white-glove onboarding process. 

Do you have any hidden fees?

No, we don’t have any hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments and ACH. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 30 days notice to cancel monthly subscriptions. We do not reimburse if you cancel before the term of your contract.Cancellations need to be completed by filling in a survey cancellation form. Learn more about our terms and conditions here. 

Security & Privacy

Who can access the website and software?

The software is only accessible to your community residents who have accepted your invitation. Your website, such as this one, is public so it will be accessible to anyone who looks for it online—prospective buyers for example. 

Would the residents’ information be safe? 

All of your information will be safe. We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) to protect all of our data and we haven’t experienced any data breach

Where will our data be stored? 

We safely store your data on an AWS server in the United States.
