It is the completely free version of Neigbrs by Vinteum. We built it for self-managed HOAs and condos where the budget is fought over at every board meeting. You get the essentials. A community website. Secure document storage. Monthly resident notices. No trial period. No credit card. No "free for 14 days, then $29/month" trap.
Yes. Honestly, that's the whole reason we built it. There's a Learning Center at the top of every screen with short articles that walk you through setup, customization, and day-to-day use. If you can send an email and copy a photo from your phone, you can run Neigbrs Lite.
Yes. The "My Site" feature lives right on your side menu. Upload a carousel of up to four photos to show off the front entrance, your pool, or the clubhouse. Change the fonts to match your community's character. Add up to three custom sections, like a welcome video from the board president or a copy of the clubhouse rules. The result looks like your community, not a generic template.
One per month. That covers a standard monthly newsletter for most communities, with room for one important board meeting reminder. If something urgent comes up (a pipe bursts, a storm rolls in, a vendor cancels at the last minute), you'll see an upgrade button right there on your dashboard. We don't pretend the limit isn't there.
Store up to 15 documents, or about 300 MB of space. Plenty for the things that actually matter: your CC&Rs, architectural guidelines, recent meeting minutes, the latest financial report. Your dashboard shows a progress bar so you'll never be caught off guard when space runs low.
