Yes. The "My Site" feature lives right on your side menu. You can really make it feel like home and personalize the details. You get to upload a carousel of up to four photos to show off your front entrance or the community pool. We also let you change the fonts and add up to three custom sections. You could drop in a welcome video from the board president or post your clubhouse rules.
Yes. Neigbrs Lite lets you send out one community notice every single month. That setup usually hits the sweet spot for a standard monthly neighborhood newsletter while keeping a spare notice in your back pocket for an important board meeting reminder. Sometimes unexpected things happen. If a pipe bursts or a weather emergency pops up and you suddenly need to blast out constant updates, you'll see a quick button to upgrade to our Premium plan right there on your screen.
We know paper files get lost in basements and old filing cabinets. You can safely store up to 15 documents in your portal. That gives you about 300 MB of space for your most important things like CC&Rs or architectural guidelines. Keep an eye on the simple progress bars in your dashboard. They show exactly how much file space you have left so you are never caught off guard.
You can add up to two main administrators and five community representatives. That is usually plenty of hands on deck for a smaller association. As your community grows and you need more people handling the platform, moving to our paid plans unlocks unlimited access. All the features outside of your free tier are simply tagged with a Premium label so you always know what is available.
Stop wondering if your community notices went straight into the trash. Your main dashboard shows exactly how many notices were sent out for the month and the percentage of residents who actually read them.
