Yes. The "My Site" feature lives right on your side menu. Upload a carousel of up to four photos to show off the front entrance, your pool, or the clubhouse. Change the fonts to match your community's character. Add up to three custom sections, like a welcome video from the board president or a copy of the clubhouse rules. The result looks like your community, not a generic template.
One per month. That covers a standard monthly newsletter for most communities, with room for one important board meeting reminder. If something urgent comes up (a pipe bursts, a storm rolls in, a vendor cancels at the last minute), you'll see an upgrade button right there on your dashboard.
