Who is Wolf Lake HOA?

Wolf Lake HOA is a neighborhood of 184 homes located in New Albany, Southern Indiana. This neighborhood features tree-lined streets and a private lake home to a wide variety of local wildlife.

Before we started using Neigbrs by Vinteum, we didn’t have a website. We struggled to communicate with homeowners and lacked the means to reserve the clubhouse.

With Neigbrs by Vinteum, we have an event calendar where residents can reserve the clubhouse for parties. I can easily communicate with residents and send documents as well. Finally, we also have the ability to customize surveys. 

The Results and Impacts

Communication has improved since we switched. We now have an easy way for homeowners to reserve the clubhouse. The staff at Neigbrs have always been very patient and informative in answering my questions. I really like how easy it is to reach out and get answers to my questions. The Administrator’s Manual, which was provided to me, has been very helpful, with step-by-step instructions and screenshots.

After talking to the treasurer about how many people are using Neigbrs, I found out through a video that you made that I can see how many people read notices. I saw that 74% of residents had read it.

Notices is our email feature. You can use it to post notices to the Neigbrs by the Vinteum portal and app, and it will send an email to residents and board members.

You can then do what Jane mentioned: check to see how many people have opened the email.

Surveys

Our survey feature allows boards to gather their members’ opinions on issues. You can choose who can participate, whether they have multiple-choice or single-choice answers, and whether they have an open-textbox.
