Common Elements

What is HOA common elements?

Common elements are the shared parts of a community that every homeowner has access to and collectively funds, roads, green spaces, pools, gyms, clubhouses, and in condos, structural pieces like roofs and foundations. What counts as a common element depends on the community’s specific governing documents.

Why does HOA common elements matter?
