An HOA survey collects resident input on a decision, a budget change, an amenity upgrade, so the board is working from data instead of guessing. How the questions get written matters as much as sending it: asking whether residents are satisfied with the community center tells the board less than asking which specific fix, lighting, HVAC, cleaning, they’d prioritize.
