HOA Survey

What is an HOA survey?

An HOA survey is a tool used to collect resident feedback on community management, planning, events, or anything affecting the whole neighborhood. Boards use survey results to guide improvements and strengthen the relationship between residents and leadership.

Why does an HOA survey matter?

A board that only hears from the loudest residents at meetings is getting a skewed picture of what the community actually wants. Surveys give quieter residents a way in, and they give the board data instead of guesswork.

When You’ll Run Into This
