Vinteum: Where and when did Mt Reba management begin?

Amber: In 2018

Vinteum: What types of properties do you manage?

Amber: Condominium Homeowners Association

Vinteum: What sets Mt Reba management apart from other companies?

Amber: We are a small, family-run company with experience living in the mountains and working here. We have been in the construction business for decades, giving our company a great foundation for maintenance. We treat our employees like family as well.

Vinteum: What drew you into the property management business?

Amber: In an area with limited work, property management gave me the ability to have my kids around, work with people, and use our construction knowledge to make the town we live in a better place.

Vinteum: What do you like most about your job?

Amber: I love to interact with homeowners and to see the transformation of buildings and properties.

Vinteum: What gives you the most satisfaction in your job?

Amber: I love to impact people’s lives however I can. Making my owners’ second homes feel like a vacation instead of “Another project” makes the headaches we go through worth it.

Vinteum: Where do you see the community association management industry going in the future?

Amber: Like most industries, community association management is becoming more and more technology-based.

Vinteum: How has Vinteum helped you grow as a business?

Amber: Vinteum has set my business apart from the other property management businesses in town. I have communication and technology that others do not, making us a step above the rest.

Amber: The ability to reach all my owners quickly with the push of one button.
