Emergency Services

What is emergency services?

Emergency services covers what a board needs to have ready before responders show up: a site plan marking generators, shut-off valves, and lift stations, an evacuation route, and vendor contacts lined up to clear debris and assess damage afterward. None of that helps if it’s scattered across someone’s inbox instead of somewhere the whole board can reach.

Why does emergency services matter?

When something happens, most residents aren’t checking email, which is why boards lean on automated calls and texts to reach people fast during and after an event. A board that hasn’t organized this ahead of time ends up improvising the response and the communication at the same time.
