Vendor Agreement

What is a vendor agreement?

A vendor agreement defines the terms and conditions for work performed by a third-party company or contractor, used whenever an HOA hires outside help for a job the board can’t handle on its own, professional renovations, maintenance, landscaping.

Why does a vendor agreement matter?

A clear, written vendor agreement protects the association if a job goes sideways, costs run over, work doesn’t meet expectations, giving the board actual legal footing instead of just a handshake understanding.
